Advantages of ZFU automatic pressure-vacuum high-speed thermoforming machines(high-end blister production line):

1. Operating Mode: one stop efficient process get productions and packaging directly: material feeding, forming, punching, cutting, manipulator capturing, counting & stacking, Maximum operating speed is 30 molds/ minute.

2. Quality of products: forming methods adopt both pressure forming and vacuum forming. Productions have better finish and strength than products of blister machine.

Easy Operation: accurate temperature control & sheeting positioning; automatic adjustment of caterpillar track according to sheet width, of mould board height, of accurate cutting, of manipulator capturing & stacking number setup; automatic delivering of products. Machines have high degree of automation, and are operated on touch screen. Producing data save is up to 30 sets, and can be picked up upon producing without test & adjustment.  

4. Mould Manufacturer: We have engineer teams studying product exploitation, mould design, mould manufacture to satisfy efficient producing needs and we have high precision machine to process mould.

5. Energy save: save over 60% electricity, and without semi-finished products or secondary finishing. Products are captured by manipulators, and directly packed into cartons, which have high hygiene. Only one worker involves in processes from material feeding to finished products, and warehouse storage is also decreased.

6. Widely applicable of sheets: all sheets are available to produce: transparent pure PP, PE, PET, PVC, PP, PETG, PS, ABS, EPS, APET, HIPS.

7. Low management cost: low space occupation of length 10 m and width 3. Additionally, less workers, only one worker can operate the whole machine. Also, machines have rich functions, and leaders are easy to manage and requirements of operating workers are low.

Machine Operation Overview

 

 

1.Sheet enters automatic loading system and automatic feeding system.

 

2.Sheet is controlled by optoelectronic switch, and enter oven by automatic feeding caterpillar.

 

3.Sheet enter forming station after heating in oven. Chilling and forming are finished on pressure-vacuum forming station.

 

4.Formed sheet enters punching station to be cut.

 

5.Cut sheet enters stacking station. Waste sheet enters waste sheet rolling system.

 

6. Stacked products entered delivery system by manipulator. Worker packs finished products.
